Then, using the box on the right, input the number of devices to be included. The plan pricing will be based on the total number of covered devices, among other factors such as contract length. Desktops/Laptops
Enter in the total number of desktops or laptops that you want to be covered. Devices can be either Windows or Mac OS. Devices over 5 years old cannot be covered under this plan.
Physical/Virtual Servers
Enter in the total number of either Physical and/or Virtual servers in your work environment. Device coverage is subject to installed Operating Systems being supported by vendor (Microsoft/Apple).
Network Infrastructure
Network Infrastructure, # of physical locations
This is coverage for your internal office network, such as switches, routers, firewalls etc. Enter in the number of physical office locations to be covered (e.g., if only one office building enter 1, but if you have 3 office locations, enter 3)
Printers/Scanners
Printers/Scanners, # of physical locations
All desktop/network printers or scanners are considered 1 device for each physical office location. If you would like these covered enter in the number of physical office locations, not the total number of printers in your office (e.g., 1 office with 5 printers would only be 1 device, 3 Offices with 10 printers would only be 3 devices).
Large Format Printers
Examples of large format printers are plotter printers, or commercial grade printers (such as Kyocera or Ricoh commercial printers). Enter in the physical number of these large format printer devices in your office to be covered.

ISP/Internet Connections
Coverage of this would include management of ISP vendors in case of internet outage from the ISP side and/or working on ISP provided devices (router/modem). Enter in the number of physical office locations to be covered (e.g., if only one office building enter 1, but if you have 3 office locations enter in 3).
Handheld accessories
Handheld Accessories (Mobile Phones/ Tablets) *5 handheld accessories count as 1 device
Coverage of this device would include users’ mobile phones and any handheld devices (such as Tablets or iPads). Five accessories count as 1 device, and is rounded up. For example, if you wanted 2 users’ phones and 1 iPad covered you would enter in a device count of 1. If there were 6 phones and 3 iPads, you would enter in a device count of 2.
Cloud Data Storage Management
Coverage of this device would include programs such as Dropbox, Box, Sync.com, iCloud, etc.
VoIP Services Coverage
Coverage of this device would include working with/providing support for any VoIP phone service (vendor support, setting up phone devices, troubleshooting phone issues). Enter in the number of physical office locations to be covered (e.g., if only one office building enter 1, but if you have 3 office locations, enter 3).
Domain/DNS Management
Coverage of this device would include ensuring the renewal of domain names through hosts such as GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc. It would also include entering/modifying any DNS records for changes in your environment (such as new email host, new webhost, VPN setup, etc.).
Email Infrastructure
Email Infrastructure (Workspace, Office 365, etc.)
Coverage of this would include all facets of the email infrastructure environment. For Google Workspace this would include Google Drive/ Google Calendar/Email. For Office 365 this would include SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Email. For other third-party providers this would only include the email accounts.
Security Systems
Security Systems (DVR/Alarms)
Coverage of this would include physical DVR device and camera support, door alarm support, vendor management. Enter the number of physical office locations to be covered (e.g., if only one office building enter 1, but if you have 3 office locations, enter 3).
Accounting Software
Coverage of this would include vendor management for the covered software, as well as troubleshooting assistance. Examples of accounting software would be Quicken, QuickBooks, etc...
Backup Management
Coverage of this would include support for both local and cloud backups of your environment, such as Carbonite, iBackup, etc. Management of the backup environment, troubleshooting failed backups, assisting with restoring data or managing the vendor relationship.
Other Coverage
If you would like any other devices/services not specifically listed above to be covered please enter them here, along with the total number of those items all together.
To help ensure the stability of your system and to work towards minimal downtime, ongoing proactive support is recommended. This add-on service includes (but is not limited to) firmware updates, operating system and software security patching, testing of backup functionality, and verification of a working anti-virus system. Discounts apply and vary depending on the selected contract length (i.e., the longer the contract length, the larger the discount). 3 years results in a 20% discount, and 2 years result in a 10% discount.

This number is based on the selections and quantity of devices added previously. If this number is incorrect, you can make updates at the “update number of devices” link. 10-24 devices result in a 10% discount, 25-49 devices result in a 20% discount, and 50+ devices result in a 25% discount.
