Positive morale can go a long way toward improving office productivity, so why not use technology to help improve the morale in your workplace?

Utilize this fact by initiating thought provoking, positive conversations with groups of your employees through email or whatever other digital communication method your company uses. Keep in mind, these conversations don’t always need to be about work. Send motivational videos, work-appropriate jokes, or even news articles you may have found interesting, and get people communicating. It will inspire creativity, and promote collaboration.

As we continually get busier at work, It can be difficult to keep track of time and organize our responsibilities.
