It’s strongly encouraged by almost all IT consultants to back up to a cloud or use a server. Have you looked into cloud services or server management available to you?
Laptops are predicted to become obsolete because of their size and weight. We are expecting to see more tablet size devices that are lightweight, easy, and efficient. Even digital cameras like Cannons and Nikons are predicted to become less popular due to the ever-increasing smartphone camera quality. Do your employees work on desktops? Do you have the option to provide them with tablets or something more efficient for traveling? This may be something you’d want to consider for the future of your business.
Self-scanning technology will eliminate more cash business transactions. We’re already seeing a lot of apps, QR codes, and use of smartphones within retail. It’s expected that cash will soon be obsolete.
