My printer is printing smudged/crooked pages

If your printer is printing messy pages, you may have to clean it. All printers have some type of printer cleaning or testing mode that can check to see if the everything is running properly. If your pages are printing crooked, try re-aligning the paper in the paper tray. Take the paper out, clean it up, and straighten it out before putting it back in.

How do I fix a paper jam?

Turn off your printer and locate the ejection button. Pay attention to alerts on your screen to see where the trouble is. Remove the paper that’s stuck in between the tray and the printer. Inspect the equipment to make sure nothing was damaged with the paper jam. If there is paper stuck in the printer door or anywhere else visible, try removing it before turning the printer back on to try printing again.

I lost my printer installation disk, how can I install my printer?

You don’t necessarily need the installation disk to setup your printer. You can download installation software programs online from the company in which you purchased your printer. You can download these software programs, or even have a new disc send to you.

My computer does not turn on, what do I do now?
