Pin important conversations, and set a file folder for group conversations and relevant strings for convenient access. Organize your boxes: inboxes and sent items. Delete all of your unwanted, old drafts, and generally clean up all loose ends.
Grouping
Organizing email contacts in a system of groups or email lists can be easy when email blasting for certain needs. As spring approaches, try adopting habits like reading emails right away, and deleting ones you don’t need.
Cut out Some Time for Yourself
Go through all current contacts, and unsubscribe to old accounts in which you’re uninterested in communicating with. Old contacts lurk within emails, and often they’re people you don’t keep in contact with anymore. Say goodbye to the clutter!
Adopt New Habits
Select multiple emails to delete, as ridding of these old messages will make room for new ones as you adopt your new emailing habits. It’s easy to look past junk mail, but the unwanted mail builds up much quicker than you may realize!
